Italian Clothing | Returns Policy

 

If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us by email to using our returns form A.S.A.P.

You have 14 days to return any unwanted or damaged goods. The goods must be properly packaged and returned in its original packaging with tags attached, and a copy of the receipt.

The items should be returned in the same condition you received them.

Upon receipt of goods we will give a full refund of the amount paid minus the postage and packaging paid.

In the event that goods have been used or returned in an unsalable condition e.g marks, makeup or scent a refund will not apply.

We do not accept any item returned if there is evidence of this.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of any item.

We recommend returning the items using Royal Mail using a signature and to keep hold of the receipt. Also if returning outside EU please write on parcel returned goods to avoid charges.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights you are responsible to ensure returned items are received . Once your items have been received these will be processed and refund will be issued. The refund can take up to 7 days.

Return of faulty item

We aim to provide a high quality garment to our customers , however if you are not satisfied or there is a fault, please feel free to email us with your information, such as name and order number and we will do our very best to send you an replacement , once we have received.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item please fill in the returns form, you receive repack the items and send via Royal Mail recorded.

Italian Clothing will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occur to this parcel. We do not cover the cost of returning an item.

We are happy to exchange the product in a different size or colour, however exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. Once the exchange has been approved we will be happy to send the garment out to you free of charge.

If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you and offer a refund for the original item minus shipping charge. Please note you may only exchange the same item once.
